Abstract

Graft vs host dissease grade III-IV has high morbility and increase cost of bone marrow transplantation in our country. We Will present the first case of direct collection by multiple punction of bone marrow in adults like strategy for decrease severe graft vs host disease. Is about female patient with severe aplastic anaemia with failure to immunosuppresive therapy before her bone marrow trasplant. Is evident much more T lymphocytes in peripheral collection than direct way.
